Being fresh out of college, we met a multitude of realtors looking at houses that were not meeting our needs. We became frustrated to say the least. Every realtor was either not listening to our needs and priorities or they understood and didn’t seem to want to work for us. Then my wife called Jay Jones.

Jay immediately found out what we were looking for and what we wanted in our first home. Jay was the first realtor who didn’t try to pressure us into a bigger, more expensive house and actually did the legwork for us. He made us feel like we were the most important clients he had, even though we were looking at houses at a fraction of the cost from previous realtors. He gave us what seemed like limitless time and advice, and proved to be our advocate time and again.

Because of our first experience, two years later we went to Jay to sell our first home, and purchase a second. After going through the processes, we now consider Jay not just a friend and colleague, but part of our family. Combine these things with his tireless work ethic and knowledge, whenever we hear that our friends are looking to purchase or sell a home, we automatically refer them to Jay. With a medical and engineering background, I’m skeptical of sales professionals in any field, but Jay quickly alleviated all hesitations and concerns by way of his genuine concerns. His professionalism and concern shone through in every way imaginable (and some that was downright unimaginable). Jay was extremely patient and understanding when one of us would really like a particular house & the other would be shaking their head in disapproval. Jay worked tirelessly helping us search from the Hampton Cove area to Madison to New Market to the edge of Tennessee and finally settling in Meridianville where we have truly found our little piece of heaven, but his efforts did not stop there.

Jay put us together with a financial specialist that was able to secure the financing necessary for us to secure a satisfactory property with an approval letter in a short amount of time. Jay not only encouraged us to have a home inspection but, with contractors, tie up loose ends to be able to move my Grandmother in safely, all of this after we had already closed.

Jay was able to turn a very skeptical home buyer into someone that has already referred several friends and patients, but someone who has also made a truly good friend as people who are that genuine and who go above and beyond the call of duty long after their commission has been earned and their commitments satisfied. That’s very rare and we are so thankful to have been blessed with Jay’s representation during this process.

We will never think twice with whom we will be calling with any future real estate needs and will not hesitate in the least referring family, friends, patients and whoever may need a real estate professional to truly look after ever facet of the buying or selling process keeping their needs and happiness as the utmost priority.

When my parents decided to relocate to Huntsville, a co-worker recommended Jay to me. Before my parents got here, Jay spent several hours with me looking at homes, not even sure if my parents would choose him as their realtor. Jay was never pushy, always had a “we’re working on your time table” attitude, and never insistent that my parents use him when they got here. My parents did decide to use Jay, and we have been nothing but happy with the decision.
