Buying a home or land is one of the biggest decisions anyone will make and therefore requires an exceptional person to effectively guide someone through the process. Jay is without question one of those exceptional individuals that makes the process as clear, easy, and fun as possible for such a complex decision. We went through a long process of searching and buying land that took place from out and in-state. Jay's tireless efforts throughout the process and the willingness to do those extra things that we did not even know to ask about is part of what makes him so exceptional at what he does.

The other part is that he genuinely cares about helping people find the right place, which I think provides him the energy and motivation we saw on a day-to-day basis. He can not be recommended highly enough. Thanks Jay for your patience and efforts in helping us find our property.

With a medical and engineering background, I’m skeptical of sales professionals in any field, but Jay quickly alleviated all hesitations and concerns by way of his genuine concerns. His professionalism and concern shone through in every way imaginable (and some that was downright unimaginable). Jay was able to turn a very skeptical home buyer into someone that has already referred several friends and patients, but someone who has also made a truly good friend as people who are that genuine and who go above and beyond the call of duty long after their commission has been earned and their commitments satisfied. That’s very rare and we are so thankful to have been blessed with Jay’s representation during this process.
